A friend of mine told me that when it comes to baby outfits, the socks complete the look.  Bee can be wearing leggings and a plain bodysuit and the right socks will turn her outfit from drab to fab!

I think Bee owns more socks than anyone I know.  There are of course the solid pink, white, lavender and light blue socks.  There are the "athletic" socks from the boys' department at Kohl's (pictured). And of course there are her Trumpette socks.  Bee's Trumpette collection include the classic pastels with black Mary Janes, bright colored Mary Janes, bold colors with brown Mary Janes, the new 5^th Avenue Mary Janes (pictured), baby camo and hand-me-down dots, butterflies and stripes.  And I almost forgot the set of Little Miss Matched socks she got from Grandma on the day I found out we were having a girl.

I think the great thing about having so much variety in socks is not just the outfit coordination options - and that I don't have to worry about running out - but also the fact that we can easily add some personality to Bee's wardrobe.  When people stop us and mention how adorable she looks, they will almost always single out her socks.
