Car Seat Part II Print E-mail

When we were shopping for a car seat before Bee was born my friends didn't tell me that she was going to outgrow the infant seat in a number of months and then I'd have to buy a new one. They also didn't tell me that there are car seats that you can get that will stay with a child from birth until she's old enough (big enough) to no longer need it. So we bought the Graco Snug Fit which Bee grew out of at 6-months.

This time I was going to do my own researchMaxi_Cosi and bought a convertible seat that she can use for years and had a number of bells and whistles too. I ordered and installed the Maxi Cosi Priori Convertible because it looked good, got a good rating, reclined and had "holders" for the straps on both sides.

Now I'm sure it's very safe but as for reclining...an airplane seat reclines more. And there is no neck support at all. Bee falls asleep, slumps over and her neck is on some odd angle - it can't be comfortable. So now I'm on the hunt for a product that can give her good neck support. The few things I've tried don't really do the job so the hunt is on for the perfect baby neck support!

But it would have been easier if the seat actually reclined as the description says it does.
