 Preppy-Chic Children's Clothier BUSY BEES Joins SUMMER PLACE Showroom At The AmericasMart, AtlantaROSS, CA, Dec. 15, 2010 -Busy Bees, a preppy-chic line for little ladies-n-gents ages 3 months to 12 years, enters the southeast market through its representation by Summer Place showroom at the AmericasMart in Atlanta. “To date, our growth in the southern region has happened organically and mostly through word-of-mouth and personal introductions by our loyal customers,” says Maryam Barrett, Busy Bees owner. “With the incredible success we have experienced thus far, we now feel it’s time to make a permanent home in the south and we couldn’t be more excited to make that home at Summer Place,” she adds. Brittany Harrell owner of Summer Place showroom says “Busy Bees is the perfect collection to join our current mix of brands. Its timeless and classic styles will play extremely well with the southern consumer seeking traditional clothing with a more modern, refined aesthetic.” she adds. The entire collection is designed to work together. “Most of our moms have three or more children or a set of twins in the mix and are often challenged to find matching or coordinated looks whether for everyday or special occasions,” says Maryam. “It’s not just about taking a dress and making it available in size 2 through 12. “What looks adorable on a 4-year-old doesn’t necessarily work for a 10-year-old,” she adds. “Right now there is nostalgia for sweet, childlike styles of the past.
