The Wonders of 3D Print E-mail

Saturday my husband and I took Kid Cool to see the limited engagement 10_4Toy Story 3D double feature event. It was Kid Cool's first time seeing both movies, but we had seen Toy Story years ago when Big Sister was just four. We saw Toy Story 2 when the kids were five and seven. I recall enjoying both movies so I was looking forward to seeing them again. I had no idea we'd get a sneak peek at Toy Story 3. I didn't even know one was in the works. Having just sent my oldest off to college a month ago, I can relate to the plot. The trailer shows Andy as a young adult about to depart for college and his old toys being sent to storage.

The double feature event did not disappoint. What a difference 3D makes! Watching the movies again so many years later and in 3D was like watching the movie with fresh eyes. It's a lot like parenting for my husband and I. As we raise Kid Cool, who is 12 years younger than our oldest child and 9 years younger than our middle child, our perspective is very different. And when we observe what's available to him in entertainment, clothes, toys and more in comparison to the options our older children had, we can see such evolution. It's like childhood in 3D!
